Option 1: Standard Application

Suitable for floors requiring general anti-chalking properties, with the characteristic of not easily discoloring outdoors.

Number of Coats: 3 coats by roller

First Coat

Mixing Ratio: Base Paint 20 kg + Hardener 3 kg + Thinner 5 kg

Mix thoroughly and let stand for 5 minutes before application.

Interval between First and Second Coats: 50 minutes

Second Coat

Mixing Ratio: Base Paint 20 kg + Hardener 3 kg

Interval between Second and Third Coats: 60 minutes

Third Coat (Clear Topcoat)

Mixing Ratio: Clear Topcoat 16 kg + Hardener 3 kg

Walkable 60 minutes after application.

Option 2: Enhanced Application

Suitable for locations with higher floor requirements, offering superior wear resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance.

Application Coats: 4 coats by roller

First Coat (Sealing Primer)

Mixing: 16 kg of special sealing primer + 3 kg of hardener

Used to seal pinholes and pores in cement floors.

Second and Third Coats (Topcoat)

Mixing: 20 kg of base coat + 3 kg of hardener

Interval between first and second coats: 40 minutes

Interval between second and third coats: 90 minutes

Fourth Coat (Clear Topcoat)

Mixing: 16 kg of clear topcoat + 3 kg of hardener

Apply 90 minutes after the third coat.

Walkable after 60 minutes.
