Qiaoshan brand epoxy floor paint

This product uses wear-resistant epoxy resin with good acid and alkali resistance as the base material, with appropriate pigments and fillers added.
It is processed through grinding and dispersion.

Application Parameters

1. Available Colors
   Light gray, light blue, emerald green, medium yellow, or customized colors.

2. Mixing Ratio (by weight)
   Component A : Component B = 4 : 1

3. Pot Life After Mixing

   • At 15°C: less than 1 hour

   • At 25°C: less than 40 minutes

   • At 35°C: less than 20 minutes

4. Recoat Time

   • At 15°C: more than 15 hours

   • At 25°C: more than 8 hours

   • At 35°C: more than 5 hours

5. Drying Time (Surface Dry / Full Cure)

   • At 15°C: approx. 10 hours / 10 days

   • At 25°C: approx. 6 hours / 7 days

   • At 35°C: approx. 3 hours / 4 days

6. Recommended Supporting Coatings
   Apply epoxy sealing primer or epoxy intermediate coating as the base layer.

7. Surface Preparation Requirements
   a. New concrete must be cured for more than 35 days and have a moisture content below 6% before primer application.
   b. Old concrete must be thoroughly cleaned to remove contaminants, laitance, and loose layers, and must also have a moisture content below 6%.

8. Application Method
   Spray coating, brush coating, or roller coating.
   Appropriate thinner may be added if necessary.

9. Theoretical Coverage
   Approx. 3 m²/kg for two coats.

10. Film Thickness
    Dry film thickness per coat: 60–100 μm.

11. Thinner
    Epoxy thinner.

12. Application Conditions
    Recommended application at ambient temperature above 10°C and relative humidity below 80%.
